How it Works
Step 1: Qualify for a Request
Matching Process: When clients of RiverPark Research submit a consultation request our research specialists conduct a comprehensive search of our database to identify consultants who best match the request.
Qualification Process:Selected consultants are presented with the consultation topic and asked to indicate conflicts, if any, with the request and provide additional information specific to the request. Selected consultants will always have the option to decline the consultation request. Consultants should not accept a consultation request if they have a potential conflict of interest with the specific consultation topic or with the particular client.
Step 2: Schedule and Complete the Consultation
Consultation Process:The client and consultant schedule the call at a time convenient to both parties. Where necessary, RiverPark Research will facilitate this process. Once a date and time is agreed upon, an email confirmation will be sent to both the client and the consultant.
Step 3: Get Paid
Compensation Process Once the consultation is completed, RiverPark Research sends an invoice payment request form to the consultant. The consultant must complete and submit the form to RiverPark Research within six months of the completed consultation.
RiverPark Research will process submitted invoices and issue payments twice a month. A consultant may check on the status of an invoice using the "History" page of the ConsultantsEdge member site.
Please note: All invoices must be submitted within six months of the date of the completed consultation. RiverPark Research reserves the right to decline payment for all invoices submitted more than six months after the date of the completed consultation and will review all late invoices on a case-by-case basis.
