RiverPark Research (RPR), a provider of leading technology and business solutions, launches Galileo, a sophisticated technology platform. With RPR’s industry-leading technology platform, clients control a comprehensive compliance management tool, perform due diligence on research consultants, including verification of consultant experience, monitor consultations real-time and obtain accurate audit reporting for all events impacting a consultation. Galileo’s flexible compliance framework allows clients to customize the platform to meet firm-specific compliance needs. RPR, founded in 2009 by two former Vista Research executives, Steven Queroli and Erlene Gochuico, is headquartered in New York.

RiverPark Research (RPR) launches a new technology product, Private Business Network Solution, allowing clients to build their own, private network of outside research consultants in a safe and secure data center. RPR works closely with each client to build a proprietary network they can trust, accessed only by people at their own firm. Once the private network is created, all network members will experience RPR’s rigorous compliance practices and due diligence procedures. RPR’s Private Business Network Solution complements the research process and allows clients to maximize benefits when using outside consultants while at the same time protecting the firm’s reputation.

RiverPark Research names Alex Middleton Director of Sales, responsible for managing all aspects of RPR’s global sales. Alex brings more than 18 years of sales experience to RPR and proven success in the independent research industry. Previously, he was Managing Director of the Americas at TGR Research, a Paris-based research firm acquired by Gerson Lehrman Group in October 2009, where he was responsible for all US-based client business. He has held senior sales positions at Spartan Private Equity, Plusfunds Group and TheStreet.com.

RiverPark Research introduces AudioAudit Technology, allowing clients to implement strong compliance practices into every step of the research process. With AudioAudit, clients conduct consultations over a conference bridge, allowing internal compliance teams to verify, monitor and participate on consultations. Clients have the option to create, catalog or review audio recordings or transcripts for all consultations. AudioAudit arms clients with the tools they need to ensure robust and comprehensive compliance programs.
