RPR will manage clients’ interactions with their private collection of consultants – from verifying consultants’ professional backgrounds and monitoring their disclosed conflicts, to creating a comprehensive audit trail and handling all payment and administrative processing. All of this is managed in a compliant, private and secure data center where our clients’ collection of consultants can only be accessed by people at their own firm. With the Private Business Network Solution, RPR’s clients can:

  • Customize the consultation process to align with a firm’s compliance procedures
  • Manage each consultation throughout the various stages of the consultation process in real-time
  • Access research activity and a comprehensive audit trail for each consultation
  • Monitor consultations in real-time or opt to record all consultations with our AudioAudit technology


    • With RPR’s private business network service, clients receive additional benefits, including:

  • Ability to search RPR’s Global Business Network, expanding access to consultants outside of a company’s private network
  • Access to written research reports from partner companies, individual consultants and other third parties. RPR will also fulfill custom research reports
